Cape Canaveral Air Station MACA Building Replacement

Elevated was chosen to provide Project Management services in the replacement of the MACA Building at the Cape Canaveral Air Station. This project consisted of multiple roof replacements and repairs to secure the structural integrity of the roofing structures on various facilities located at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.

 

Work under this contract included the removal, repair, and replacement of roofs for buildings including a Storage Facility, Greenhouse and Picnic Pavilion; including the repair and/or replacement of all damaged trim, flashing, fascia and soffits and all gutters and downspouts.

During the project, staff discovered asbestos-containing materials that required abatement. Even with this added scope including testing, our team was able to complete the project on time and within budget.
