City of Ocala Construction of Concrete Driveways & Storm Water Facilities at City Parks

In 2019, Elevated was awarded this contract through a competitive solicitation by the City of Ocala to build support structures for the storm water facilities associated with multiple parks.

 

The project involved the construction of retaining walls and driveways designed to FDOT Roadway specifications. As a project located next to multiple bodies of water, our team was required to ensure specific levels of environmental protection
procedures were followed at all times.
 

Another important aspect of this project involved our team’s constant communication and quick responsiveness with multiple stakeholders. As a grant-funded contract, this project had an extremely time-sensitive schedule. Our team was able to successfully self-perform this project to complete multiple projects simultaneously at multiple locations.
