HCAA Support Buildings & Pavement Repairs

Elevated was awarded this project as a subcontractor to perform simultaneous repairs on various maintenance facility buildings at the Tampa International Airport, Tampa Executive Airport, and Plant City Airport. The project consisted of miscellaneous structural restoration, architectural renovation, building demolition, asphalt paving, and pavement repairs.
 

Tampa International Airport – Interior and exterior building renovations of the Airfield Maintenance Facility Complex including miscellaneous structural and architectural repairs, painting, minor electrical repair and lighting, mill and overlay of an access road and parking lot; asphalt pavement and drainage repairs at two employee parking lots; and the repair of expansion joints in an underground tug tunnel.

Plant City Airport – Interior and exterior building renovation of Maintenance Facility and hangars including painting.

Tampa Executive Airport – Demolition of Aircraft Maintenance Facility and interior and exterior building renovation of Maintenance Facility and hangars including painting. The repairs on each facility consisted of a very limited, fast-tracked project schedule.

All work performed was located in a highly active and occupied location with fully functioning spaces.
