Maple Street Biscuit Company Interior Build-Out

In 2018, Elevated was awarded a contract with Maple Street Biscuit Company to provide General Contracting Services for the build-out of their new Gainesville location. The space was a shell with no slab and was connected to adjacent spaces.

The project consisted of a concrete scope, which Elevated self-performed; new electrical, plumbing, and the addition of three HVAC Systems, Hood and Makeup Air Units. Additional scopes of work included specialty restaurant-specific interior equipment and trims.

Due to our level of quality and service provided on this project, Elevated was contracted to perform additional supplemental General Contracting work associated with other buildings by the developer, The Hankin Group.

This project was located in an active and occupied shopping center requiring our team to execute similar site logistics and safety protocols that we know will be necessary to provide on your projects on campus.
