Tioga Town Center Utility Infrastructure

Elevated was awarded this project with the Tioga Town Center Commercial development due to our superior performance on one of their tenant build-outs.

With new tenants moving into an emerging development on a monthly basis, the Hankin Group hired Elevated to be an extension of their staff supporting the customized needs of incoming businesses.

This project scope consisted of the installation of a grease trap to support a proposed restaurant space including cutting and replacing concrete, excavating through the cross-section of existing utilities, removal of and replacement of parking lot asphalt, and penetration into the existing building foundation.
 

Elevated was able to self-perform most of the work on this project in a highly pedestrian traffic area.
